Hypothetical example: complete “Write a journal” (one line) and “Three-line summary” (one key point) among 13 LIGHT quests. Progress is 15%, rounded from 2 ÷ 13, and rewards total 60 XP and 38 QP. Your effort is recorded even without reaching 100%.
Hypothetical example: completing 8 of 13 quests shows 62%. Skipping one unfinished quest reduces the list to 12, so progress becomes 67%. It adds no completed quests, XP, or QP, and does not schedule the skipped quest for tomorrow. Skipping a completed quest also removes its rewards from that day's totals.
QUESTORY turns exercise, daily habits, reading, language learning and business skills into daily quests. This guide explains how to choose a manageable workload and use your records to plan your next steps.
The starting counts are 13 regular quests in LIGHT, 18 in STANDARD and 20 in HARD. Selection reflects your categories and frequency settings; skipping or adding quests changes the actual count.
Choose LIGHT, STANDARD or HARD to suit your current capacity and available time.
Use daily, weekly, monthly and yearly completion rates, XP and streaks to adjust your habits.
These guides cover not only app controls, but also ways to carry out quests safely and keep going.
Technique and workload adjustments for push-ups, squats, planks and running.

Browse the quest library →You do not need to do everything perfectly. Choose two or three priorities and adjust their frequency in More & Settings. If unsure, give daily habits a higher frequency and leave the others at the standard setting to establish a daily foundation.
Early on, focus on how often you can get started rather than how much you achieve. Choose targets that fit a busy day. After three to seven consistent days, consider STANDARD. Save HARD for days when you have the time and feel well.
Check a quest off as soon as you finish. This links the action with its record more clearly than entering everything later. An incomplete day is information for adjusting timing or quantity, not a personal failure.
Compare high- and low-completion days in Growth Reports. Consider your schedule and condition on the harder days. For the next week, change just one thing: quest quantity, display mode or category frequency.
This setting is the overall display mode. EASY, NORMAL and HARD labels on individual quests are a separate measure of each quest's difficulty. The mode does not cap your day at a fixed number of minutes, so check each target and time estimate.
For busy days, lower-energy days or an unfamiliar activity. Prioritize getting started, even briefly.
A regular everyday option. Make room to focus while choosing work you can recover from by the next day.
Choose this when you have enough time, sleep and energy. Plan recovery days too; HARD is not a daily requirement.
Prioritize technique over repetition counts. Use a comfortable, pain-free range for push-ups and squats, avoid momentum, and keep breathing. Stop if you experience sharp pain, dizziness or breathlessness.
Replace vague plans such as “sleep earlier” with a specific cue and action: dim the lights at 11 p.m. or drink water after waking. If a habit does not happen, reconsider the starting conditions instead of blaming willpower.
Alongside page counts, leave one sentence about what you learned. Turn off notifications and choose the section before starting. With a difficult book, count what you understood as progress.
Hide answers and practice recalling them instead of only looking at vocabulary. Keep a small set of mistakes to review first the next day. Say pronunciation exercises aloud, even in a short session.
Choose one output before starting: a proposal outline, research notes or a next action. Finish with something tangible, rather than collecting information without deciding what comes next.
These are hypothetical examples explaining controls and calculations, not user testimonials or evidence of effectiveness.
Suppose you complete “Write a journal” (one line) and “Three-line summary” (one key point) out of 13 regular quests. Progress is 15%, rounded from 2 ÷ 13. The total reward is 60 XP and 38 QP.
The record remains even at 15%. If time has run out, do not force yourself to reach 100%; review your categories and mode for tomorrow.
Completing 8 of 13 quests gives 62%. Choosing “Skip today” on one unfinished quest reduces the list to 12, giving 67% from 8 ÷ 12. It does not add completed quests, XP or QP.
Skipping removes the quest from today's list; it does not schedule it for tomorrow. Skipping an already completed quest also removes its XP and QP from that day's totals.
XP adds up the rewards shown on completed quests and raises your level as it accumulates. QP is the reward currency. Regular EASY quests award 25 XP and 10 QP, NORMAL 35 XP and 28 QP, and HARD 45 XP and 54 QP. Raising the display mode does not multiply the reward for the same quest.
A streak counts consecutive days with at least one completed quest. Days at 100% are counted separately as fully completed days. The QP shop is still being prepared, so QP is currently retained rather than spent.
“Reroll” rebuilds today's list. It can change the completion state of a day with completed quests, so check how it works before using it.
Exercise and habit content is general information, not medical treatment or a substitute for individual diagnosis. Consult a doctor or professional if you have concerns about a medical condition, injury, pregnancy or significant pain. Stop or adjust activities to suit your condition and prioritize rest and hydration.
No. Completion rates help you adjust your plan. On a busy day, choose LIGHT and complete a few important quests.
In the daily view of Growth Reports, select a month to open the calendar. Choose a recorded day to see its completion rate and XP, or switch to weekly, monthly or yearly views for a longer-term review.
They are optional, more demanding challenges. LIGHT shows none, STANDARD shows one, and HARD shows three. You do not need to attempt them if they do not suit your health or schedule.
Guest records are stored in the current browser. Guests can try LIGHT and STANDARD with 20 quest types per category. HARD, HELL and custom quests require registration. Register and verify your email in the same browser to transfer guest records to the new account. Do not clear browser data until the transfer finishes.
Break a larger goal into quests you can finish now, and record your progress.
