How to use this reference
LIGHT, STANDARD and HARD are the display modes selected at the top right of the app. The EASY, NORMAL and HARD labels on individual quests describe the difficulty of that specific quest.
These entries explain both what to do and when a regular quest is complete. Durations were recalculated on September 2, 2026 from repetitions, sets, distance, pages and other required work. Preparation, rest and individual differences affect actual time: you do not need to force yourself to match an estimate.
Reading speed varies with the difficulty of the material and your purpose. Treat durations as estimates and adjust them to prioritize understanding.
